Assessment & planning
Inspect the source estate, map application dependencies and identify the right treatment for each workload. Agree migration groups, costs and acceptance criteria.
ON-PREMISES TO AZURE
Bring your workloads to Azure with their dependencies, business continuity and ongoing operations considered from the start.
Start with the source environment, business drivers and a defined migration scope.
FROM CURRENT ESTATE TO TARGET PLATFORM
Whether you are leaving a data centre or moving a defined on-premises workload, the migration plan follows your environment and business priorities.
Inspect the source estate, map application dependencies and identify the right treatment for each workload. Agree migration groups, costs and acceptance criteria.
Design the Azure foundation and agreed connectivity, identity and recovery arrangements. Implement infrastructure and automation appropriate to the migration.
Validate in an agreed test environment, define the cutover window and rollback conditions, and hand over monitoring, documentation and operational ownership.
AGREE THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
The source workload, dependencies and acceptable disruption determine the plan. We establish these before committing to a cutover.
Applications, data, infrastructure and integrations in scope, plus components that will remain on-premises. Confirm access, licensing, connectivity and Azure costs.
Validation criteria, recovery requirements, migration waves, change windows, rollback procedures and named go/no-go owners.
Documented target configuration, monitoring and runbooks, with any post-migration support window and ongoing responsibilities agreed in advance.
BEFORE WE START
Yes. We assess the source infrastructure, applications and dependencies, then define a suitable Azure target and migration approach. The exact workloads, tools and responsibilities form part of the agreed scope.
No. We assess the business case and dependencies for each workload. Some can move, some need changes first, and some may stay on-premises as part of a hybrid arrangement.
Downtime depends on the workload, replication options, dependencies and cutover method. We agree acceptable disruption and recovery requirements, then validate the proposed approach before the production change.
We hand over the agreed documentation and operating procedures. Monitoring, cost reviews, remediation and ongoing support can be included in a defined follow-on scope.
LET’S DEFINE THE FIRST STEP
Tell us about your on-premises environment, key workloads, target date and any constraints around downtime or dependencies.

A GOOD FIRST CONVERSATION
Azure, on-premises, Microsoft 365, or a mix.
A migration, a delivery bottleneck, rising costs, or an operational concern.
What matters now and when you need to move.
