Information on this website

The website describes the areas in which x2Clouds can discuss consulting, implementation and operational support. A service description is an invitation to discuss your requirements. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.

Scope and fees

Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment arrangements and responsibilities in writing. The engagement agreement identifies the contracting parties and applicable commercial terms.

Implementation, reviews and ongoing support have different requirements. Availability, coverage hours, response targets and changes to scope must be agreed for the specific engagement.

Technical examples and project summaries

Illustrations explain possible approaches and do not represent a live customer environment. Project summaries identify the work being described and its attribution. Your environment requires its own assessment; results from another engagement do not establish the outcome of yours.

Access and project information

Access to a customer environment must follow agreed permissions and change procedures. Keep passwords, private keys, access tokens and confidential system exports out of initial inquiries.

External services

This website may link to third-party services. If an engagement is arranged through Upwork, the relevant platform terms and the agreed contract apply. Other providers’ availability and policies are controlled by those providers.

Microsoft, Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Intune are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
