About this website

x2Clouds is an Azure, DevOps and Microsoft 365 services brand operated by founder Zamin A. in Pakistan. The founder handles initial project inquiries and information requests. This notice covers the public website and initial inquiries. Data handling for a client engagement is agreed separately with the contracting parties.

Information you choose to share

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and a project summary. We use those details to respond, clarify the work and discuss a possible engagement.

Please leave passwords, access tokens and sensitive system data out of initial inquiries.

Service providers

The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information when serving pages. Microsoft 365 handles our business email. These providers may process information outside your country.

Submitting the form sends your name, email, selected service and project summary to Web3Forms, which delivers the inquiry to our business mailbox and processes technical information for delivery and spam prevention. Our form is configured to retain new submissions in the Web3Forms dashboard for 30 days. Copies delivered to our mailbox are handled separately for responding and following up; the dashboard setting does not delete those copies.

Analytics and browser storage

This website does not currently include an advertising pixel or a marketing analytics script. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs. If optional analytics or marketing features are introduced, this notice and any required choices will be updated.

Questions about your information

Use the current route on our contact section to ask about information you have shared or request a correction or deletion. Explain the request without sending account credentials or identity documents. Any applicable retention obligations and third-party account requirements will be considered when responding.
