AZURE PRIORITY REVIEW

Know what needs
attention first.

A focused assessment of one Azure workload, with findings your team can act on and a clear plan for what comes next.

Scope your Azure review ↗

A BOUNDED FIRST STEP

Clarity before
a larger commitment.

Useful when costs are unclear, ownership has changed, or you need a practical view of an environment before deciding what to improve.

01

Baseline & context

Agree one tenant, one subscription and one application workload. Review the available cost data and the operational questions that matter to you.

02

Prioritized findings

See evidence, impact, dependencies and recommended next actions for the agreed areas of cost, access, recovery and ownership.

03

Implementation plan

Review the findings together and choose the next steps. Your engineers can take the plan forward, or we can scope selected changes.

WHAT WE AGREE AT KICKOFF

A useful review
starts with clear boundaries.

We confirm the workload, available evidence, access permissions, delivery schedule and fixed scope before you commit. Any additional subscriptions or applications are scoped separately.

Your review includes

  • A cost and workload baseline

With the observation period and any missing information identified.

  • A findings register and walkthrough

Priorities, supporting evidence, owners and dependencies.

  • A practical improvement plan

Clear options for implementation, with assumptions stated.

A LOOK AT THE DELIVERABLE

A finding you can act on.

An illustrative example of how we organize a recommendation. Actual findings depend on the evidence in your workload.

ILLUSTRATIVE FINDING · OPERATIONAL OWNERSHIP

Make recovery ownership explicit.

Observation
The reviewed recovery procedure has no named owner.
Why it matters
An incident may leave the team unsure who initiates and validates recovery.
Recommended action
Agree an owner, document the recovery procedure and schedule an authorized validation exercise.
What to confirm
Current responsibilities, recovery requirements and the scope of any validation.

Scope questions.

Will you change production during the review?

The review focuses on inspection and recommendations within agreed permissions. Production changes are a separate, approved implementation step.

Do you guarantee a saving?

No. We report opportunities supported by the available usage and billing evidence. Estimates are distinguished from realized savings, and implementation dependencies are documented.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

We confirm a fixed scope, delivery window and fee after a short scoping conversation. Timing depends on workload complexity, access and available evidence.

Is this a full security or compliance audit?

No. This is a focused Azure workload review. Penetration testing, formal compliance certification and full enterprise architecture assessments need their own scope.

    Your environment

    Azure, on-premises, Microsoft 365, or a mix.

  2. 02
    What needs to change

A migration, a delivery bottleneck, rising costs, or an operational concern.

  3. 03
    Your timing

What matters now and when you need to move.
